STEVE M. MILLAN, P. Geol., Chairman, President and CEO. Mr. Millan, a resident of St.John’s, Newfoundland, is a former vice president of Frontier and International Exploration for Petro Canada and former Executive Director of the Newfondland Petroleum Directorate. He has served on numerous industry, university, governmental and professional boards and committees. Mr.Millan has extensive oil and gas experience in Canada and in some 26 countries worldwide.
		GERARD M. EDWARDS, MBA, Director and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Edwards, a resident of St.John’s, Newfoundland has a background in finance and administration. His business experience, at the executive and board levels, has been in resource and high technology sectors. Mr. Edwards is a co-founder and past President of Imperial Venture Corp./Canadian Imperial Venture Corp., as well as a co-founder and past president of Guigne Technologies Ltd., a St.John’s based high-tech company.
		KIRBY C. MERCER, BA. Director, Vice President, Corporate Secretary. Mr. Mercer, a resident of St. John’s, Newfoundland, has a broad business background at the executive board level. Mr. Mercer is a co-founder of Imperial Venture Corp./Canadian Imperial Venture Corp. and a co-founder of Guigne Technologies Ltd., a St.John’s based high-tech company.
		CHESLEY PENNEY, Director. Mr. Penney is the chairman of Pennecon Limited and its affiliates. Mr. Penney’s companies are active in a broad variety of sectors including engineering, construction, shipping, road building, real estate, seafood processing and automobile dealerships. In association with the Ugland Group of Norway, Mr. Penney owns and operates shuttle tankers plying between the Hibernia production platform and the Whiffen Head transshipment terminal in Newfoundland.
		JACK A. BOLTER, P. Geol., Director. Mr. Bolter, a petroleum geologist is a resident of Calgary, Alberta. He is a former President and Chief Executive Officer of Pointer Exploration, a publicly traded oil and gas company with interests in the Western Basin and Western Newfoundland.
		ROBERT SMILEY, BA, LL.B., Director. Mr. Smiley, a resident of Vancouver, British Columbia, has extensive experience in securities, oil and gas, and corporate law and merchant banking. Mr. Smiley is a principal of RGS Management Ltd.
